T5014 has excellent high pressure antiwear properties and the thermal-oxidation stability, free from zinc and other metal elements.The anti-wear hydraulic oil blended with T5014 is mainly used for hydraulic system which plunger pump pressure is higher than 30.0 Mpa, vane pump pressure is 14.0-14.0 Mpa. The product has passed the evaluation of physical and chemical properties and the high pressure pump bench test.
As good as the product with current international advanced level,T5014’s quality can not only meet the national standard of GB11118.1-2011 L - HM and the specification requirements of DENISON, HF 0, but also meet the specification requirements of ISO11158-97, Vickers, M - 97 - S, DIN 51524 (Ⅱ) and Cincinnati Milacron P - 68 - P - 69 - P - 70.

Applications
Ashless anti-wear hydraulic oil compound can be used to formulate high-grade high-pressure ashless anti-wear hydraulic oil. Mixing T5014 and paraffin level high viscosity index neutral oil (HVTS, HVIW), can formulate N32 , N46, N68 and N100 viscosity grade of products.

The recommended dosage:0.8-1.0%(Anti-foam agent needs to be added.)

Packing & Storage
The storage temperature suggested should be lower than 50℃,and the highest temperature of loading, unloading and blending should not exceed 60℃. This product should be operated as SH/T0164 during the storage,loading and unloading and oil blending. It is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive.In terms of safety, environmental protection and application, it is the same as general petroleum products, there is no need for special protection.
The product is packed in 200 liter metal drum or other packing methods conforming to user requirements.
