The special supervision scope stipulated in the Program includes thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power (except nuclear island), wind power, solar power generation and power transmission, distribution and other power grid construction projects. It mainly supervises construction risk management and control, personnel education and training, subcontracting qualification and site access, special operation supervision and construction teams.
