Application

Suitable for the production of ethylene glycol-deionized water type light-load coolant alone: It can produce ethylene glycol-deionized water type heavy-load coolant after adding sodium molybdate dihydrate.

Among them, ethylene glycol is polyester grade, the content is 99.9%, and the conductivity of deionized water is 10u S / cm.

Finished coolant PH = 10.2-10.8. Suitable for all engine cooling systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, trucks, etc.

Blending Process for Concentrated coolant

1. According to the actual freezing point, add polyester-grade ethylene glycol cooling base fluid for use.

2. Add as proportion: base fluid 96% + T6080A: 56% + T6080B: 4%, mix and stir at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.

3. Add antifoam additive according to the ratio of 30PPM (30g / ton) and stir till transparent;

4. Check the product's freezing point, boiling point, pH value, foam tendency and other items.

5. Filtration (use a filter cloth or filter, and the pore size of the filter cloth is recommended to be no greater than 1 micron);

6. The finished product(concentrated coolant) can be obtained by filling.
