Characteristic

Environmental performance: free of silicon, phosphorus, nitrate, nitrite, boron, amine, molybdate, chromate and other inorganic salts.

Stable long-lasting performance : this coolant will not precipitate the deposit: can provide a protection for the engine and water tank during 300,000 km

Good compatibility: good compatibility with hard water and all levels of alcohol , it can be mixed with any different formulation or system coolant

Standard

Meet the national standard GB29743-2013 . Can be tested by ASTM D1384, ASTM D4340, ASTM D2570 ASTM D2809. Meet ASTM D3306 and JLSK 2234 standards.

Reference dosage

Take a gradient dosage to achieve different anti-corrosion effect, different service-life requirements . With a dosage of 3% -6%.

Blending Technology

1. To blend the base liquid of water - ethylene glycol coolant in accordance with the actual needed freezing point for use

2. Add this product to the base liquid at a rate proportion of 30/60 kg : 1 ton ,then mix and stir it  for 20 minutes at room temperature

3. Adding defoamer agent in accordance with the proportion of 50g :1 ton and keep stirring for 5 minutes, test values of freezing point, boiling point, PH value, bubble tendency and other items for this product .

4. Filtration (using filter cloth or filter, filter cloth aperture recommended less than 400 mesh), then filling

Application

Suitable to be used for the production of ethylene glycol - water  type ( with dosage ≧ 3%), propylene glycol - water ( with dosage ≧ 4%), glycerol - water ( with dosage ≧ 4%) and other type coolant.

Precautions

It is suggested to be stored with temperature above -10 ℃, there may have a white powder material precipitation when temperature below -10 ℃ , to put precipitation of substances above 20 ℃ can be back to the clear liquid , can be used for production after it gets clear . It can not be used directly during turbidity situation  !
